Business Customers – Business TV, phone, and Internet Rate Changes – Starting January 1, 2020
Starting January 1, 2020, regular rates are increasing on select TV, phone, and internet packages. Customers will receive advanced notification of the rate change through their monthly invoice. Customers who are on a contracted rate or introductory pricing with a price guarantee on their base services will not be charged the new regular rates until their contract or introductory rates end. Any Theme Packs or add-ons may be subject to an increase.
